Only what you type into one of the two forms. The merch waitlist takes your email and the pieces you ticked. The booking form takes the enquiry type, your name, email, organisation, preferred date and message.
The site has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and it sets no cookies of its own.
Waitlist emails are used only to tell you when the first pieces are ready to order. Booking enquiries are used only to reply to you.
Both are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Booking enquiries are also emailed to Douglas's team through Cloudflare. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps standard request logs. Before a form is sent, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you're a person and not a bot.
Video thumbnails load from YouTube's image servers. A video itself only loads, from youtube-nocookie.com, when you press play, and from then on YouTube's own privacy policy applies.
We keep your details until you ask us to delete them. To see, correct or delete what you sent, use the booking form with "Privacy request" in the message, from the email address you used. We'll reply and act on it.
